Wanna work out? Eat first ya idiot!
I went to the gym today around Noon 30. I woke up at 10 ish something and only had one cup of tea. I forgot…”forgot” to eat breakfast or lunch. I get to the the gym and I walk/jog on the treadmill for 25 minutes. I go to the mat, stretch, do a million crunches, do some medicine ball exercises….and then work on a machine that works on abs.
